Feedback templates

Giving feedback about bad access or service can be difficult and time-consuming. If we do get around to contacting someone about our concerns, it can be difficult to know the best way to do it. We tend to just complain about what was wrong and forget to balance that with what went smoothly. And when we just give negative feedback, the person receiving it is likely to get defensive and ignore our concerns. To save you time and to guide you through a process of giving balanced, constructive feedback, we’ve created a number of templates you can use whenever you want to. More »
